
The 1:1 dog training sessions are provided to those needing extra help with behaviours, commands, obedience and general training. 1:1 sessions are held at Boreham Village Field, Essex. The first 1:1 session is 90 minutes for an initial assessment, apply training and put a training plan together. If your dog has behavioural problems inside/outside the house, is a puppy and can’t leave the house yet/teaching house manners or suffers from separation anxiety a home visit is encouraged. An hours 1:1 after the first training session is £75. 24/7 support is always available with Champion Dog Training.

Home visits are for more behavioural problems inside the house, if you can travel to our field or around the home environment such as separation anxiety, reactivity, house manners, aggression etc. This training session helps assess the dog's behaviour in all areas and environments to help come to a conclusion as to why the behaviour is occurring and then putting methods in place to eliminate the negative behaviour. This session is approximately 2 hours and a quote is given depending on location (inside Essex area).

The 6 week puppy course is either a Tuesday or Thursday (time varies depending on season) normally at 6pm in Boreham Village hall, or on the field in the summer CM3 3JD. The course is for puppies 8 months and under and must be fully vaccinated. In the 6 weeks we cover commands (sit, down, middle, spin, leave, heel, out and recall), environmental skills, house manners, impulse control, toilet training, confidence boosting, training around distractions, body language, equipment, diet and socialisation. This course is £150 - Saturday puppy classes are free of charge during the course which are 9am every Saturday on Boreham Field (a total of 12 classes in 6 weeks).

The obedience class is every Saturday 10-11am on Boreham Village Field, Essex, for dogs 8 months plus; not a course, join in when you wish. Want to build engagement, strengthen commands and build confidence in your dog? Then the obedience class is perfect for you and your dog! The obedience class works on: Heel work, commands (place, sit, down, wait, leave, recall, middle etc), distractions, building engagement, recall, environmental skills, confidence boosting, dog manners, equipment, diet and socialisation. This class is £20 and you must of had at least one 1:1 first or joined the puppy class before joining the obedience class.

The urban class focuses on obedience in a public, busy environment. This class in held in Chelmsford Town on a Wednesday evening (times vary depending on season). In this class we meet outside Puregym and spend the hour walking through town, exploring new areas (the underground, park, shops), exposing the dogs to new surfaces/sounds and taking the dogs into shops. During the class the dogs will work on impulse control, threshold, proofing commands, teaching new tricks, coexisting around dogs/people and build confidence.

The introduction to dog training workshop is a one day course from 9am-4pm in Boreham Village Hall which consists on a variety of modules:
Understanding canine behaviour, nutrition, training techniques, types of training, problem solving, how to start up your own business, the psychology and science of training, practical demonstrations, group exercise, Q&A and much more. The day includes refreshments and a certificate on completion (this is not accredited or diploma).
This one day course is £250.

The online dog training subscription is available on Instagram providing insight training videos from sessions with my clients, day train sessions, our demo dog Loki, group training and open conversations. The subscription is £9.99 a month to which you can cancel at any time and available world wide.

The day trains are tailored to your training goal with your dog. We pick up your dog at 8am and drop them back home at 5pm. This is a structured day that fulfils your dog both mentally and physically, proofing commands, working on behavioural issues, building confidence, practicing recall drills and exposing your dog to new environments. Your dog must of had a session with us prior to booking in for a day train.

Our residential training programme is designed to give your dog the best possible foundation for success. Your dog will live in the trainer’s home, receiving daily one-on-one training, structured routines, and plenty of exposure.
What’s included:
Your dog will stay in a structured, safe, and nurturing environment — not a kennel. All dogs sleep indoors and must be crate trained for overnight rest and safety.
The process:
1. Consultation call - we will arrange a call to book an initial assessment and find the right package for your dog.
2. Initial assessment - This session will take place either at your home or trainers field in Boreham to create a tailored plan for your dog.
3. Residential stay - Your dog will stay with us for either 2, 3 or 4 weeks depending on their tailored plan.
4.Handover session - At drop off we will handover all the information you need to continue the training with your dog, this is normally a couple of hours.
5. Follow up support - You'll receive a 1:1 follow up session to use whenever you need.
Package 1: Foundational skills - 2 weeks stay £1400
This includes:
Basic obedience (heel, sit, down, stay) loose lead walking and recall. Correct socialisation, real life training (practicing in different environments and exposing your dog to new things to build confidence) and house manners (food manners, impulse control, counter surfing, jumping up and settling).
Package 2: Intermediate skills and behaviour support - 3 weeks stay £2000
This includes all of package 1 plus:
Behaviour modification (reactivity, house manners, resource guarding) - a longer stay gives us more time to build solid foundations while addressing behaviours and building a bond with your dog.
Package 3: Advanced training and behaviour transformation - 4 week stay £2600
This includes all of package 1 & 2 plus:
E collar conditioning - This package is designed for dogs needing a higher level of training, behaviour transformation and long lasting results.
Payment plans:
We offer a payment plan where you can pay up to 6 months in advance - full payment must be made by the initial training session to secure your spot.
- You will get photos and videos update during your dogs stay with us
- We don't allow visits or meets with your dog during their stay with us as we don't want to interrupt their training/routine/set them back.
